What you send and why

Depending on the form, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, church or organization, event details and a message or testimony. Réveil Québec records this information to process your request, prepare a Bible shipment when requested, organize ministry activities and follow up using the contact details you provide.

Required fields are marked on each form. You can leave optional fields blank. Share only information relevant to your request, especially when describing a personal situation.

Services used to process requests

• Cloudflare hosts the website and the database used to manage requests. Technical connection information is also processed to deliver the site and limit abusive requests. Access to the ministry’s request-management area is restricted.
• The text sent through the general contact form is transmitted to Anthropic’s AI service to classify the request and identify details needed for follow-up. This classification can place a request in a review or shipping queue or trigger an active response template prepared by our team. If the service fails or the classification is uncertain, the request is kept for review. The dedicated Bible, baptism, prayer, invitation, volunteer and event forms use their selected category without this AI classification.
• Resend delivers request-related emails when a response is sent. It receives the recipient’s email address and the content of that response.
• Where address suggestions are offered, Google Places receives the address text as you type and the selected address identifier to return matching address details.
• For a Bible shipment, mailing details can be exported by the authorized team to prepare shipping labels. The website does not automatically confirm a shipment with Chit Chats.

These services may process information outside Québec. Their processing locations and practices depend on the services used.

Giving and external platforms

Card payments take place on Stripe’s website, where you enter your payment information. The forms on this website do not collect card numbers. Interac transfers are handled through your financial institution. When you follow a YouTube, Instagram or other external link, that platform’s privacy practices apply.

Your questions and requests

Requests are recorded for processing and follow-up. To ask how long your information is kept, request access or a correction, ask for deletion or withdrawal of consent, or make a privacy complaint, contact Ministère Réveil Québec using the contact form or the postal address on this page. Start your message with “Privacy” and describe your request without attaching identity documents. You can also ask the team to review an automated classification or response.
